We are sad to announce that on December 15, 2021, at the age of 79, Marcella Marie Mullin-Monroe of Alma, Michigan, born in Riverdale, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Mulligan and Charlotte Mulligan (Devers); her grandson Robert Smith, Jr.; and her son-in-law Larry Dewey. She is survived by: her children, Leora Mullin, Penny Parker (James), Ann Smith (Robert), Charlotte Middaugh (Robert), Phillip Mullin Jr. and Marie Dewey; her close friend Tim Hyde; and her brother Patrick Mulligan. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the help with her final expenses.
