He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Jerry and Patricia Jerry (Meier). He is survived by: his children, Mellissa Hutchinson, Kristina Jerry, Leila Jerry and Richard Surbrook; and his siblings, Tina, Louie, Timmy and Patricia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
