She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Spicklemire and Lila Spicklemire (Johnson); her husband John T. Holmblade; her daughters-in-law, Barbara (Bruce) and June Holmblade (Paul); her siblings, Todd (Lois) and Jean Omness (Willard); and her brothers-in-law, James Holmblade and Irvin Von Destinon.
She is survived by: her children, Phillip (Pama), Dorothy Elliott (William), Bruce, Brian Holmblade (Juanita) and Paul Holmblade (Cristita); her sisters, Rosemary Von Destinon and Ellen Fisher (Steve); and her sister-in-law Amy Jean Holmblade Knorr. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
