He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Sebenick and Josephine Sebenick (Mesh). He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Laura Perry (Telly) of Fort Worth, TX, Patricia Herndon (Timothy) of Highland and Michael Sebenick (Erin) of Grand Rapids; his grandchildren, Kendalyn Perry, Alexis Cervantes (Arturo), Lauren Perry, Elizabeth Herndon and Alexandra Herndon; his great grandchildren, Abram and Anakin Cervantes; and his siblings, Kenneth Sebenick (Diane) of Beal City and Kathy Geas (Nick) of Arizona.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Elara Caring Hospice.
