It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lavonne (McIntosh) Saxton (Alma, Michigan), who passed away on January 8, 2019, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Netzley and Beatrice Netzley (Morris); her former husbands, Cameron McIntosh and Russell Saxton, Sr.; her great grandchild Jarred Bott; her siblings, Ira, Jr., Earl Netzley, Jerry Netzley and Kay Snyder; and her stepchildren, Bonnie Saxton and Russell "Jim" Saxton, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Sumner of Grand Rapids, Diana Hutchins (Paul) of Mt. Pleasant and Betty Harrison (Dan) of St. Louis. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church or Heartland Hospice.
