She was predeceased by: her mother Kathryn Courter (Feltman); her husband William Mills Jr.; her son Todd Mills; her father Arthur Courter Sr.; her siblings, Arthur Courter Jr. (Butch), Mary and Ann Courter; her parents-in-law, Arnetia and William Mills Sr.; and her brothers-in-law, Greg Mills and Cameron Edwards.

She is survived by: her granddaughter Brittani; her son William "Billy" Mills III; her grandchildren, Grant Mills, Brendon Mills, Annikka Mills (Dallas), Trisha Silvernail and Paige Layman; her great grandchildren, Drew, Charlee Mills, Makayla and Travis Silvernail; her siblings, Janice Courter, Elaine Fleming (Dan), Juanita Edwards, Jean Davenport (Terry), Kathy Wilhelm (Kyle), Laura Courter (Stephanie), Tom Courter (Barb) and Jim Courter (Christine); her siblings-in-law, Wayne Mills, Jay Mills (Anita) and Cristy LeBaron (Gary); and her close friend Mary Kastl. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
