He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Billings and Emma Billings (Wierman); his brother Rex Wierman; and his brother-in-law David McNinch. He is survived by: his spouse Karie Thomas; his son Jacob Billings (Hannah) of Charleston; his close friend Donna Stokes of Alma; his siblings, Lester Billings (Cyndi) of Charleston, Marilyn Elliott of Ithaca and James Billings of Summerville; his stepsisters, Deborah McNinch of Alma, Rhonda O Driscoll of Alma and Karen Brown of Colorado; his stepmother Patricia Billings of St. Louis; and also Carrollton. He is also survived by great) nieces and nephews, and cousins.
