He is survived by: his children, Melissa and Brett (Heather); his wife Lori; his sisters, Becky Hamp (Larry) and Betty Root; and his mother-in-law Linda Henry. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 4 stepchildren; 4 step-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
