It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Navarre (Alma, Michigan), born in Big Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on November 16, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Navarre and Dorothy Navarre (Letson). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Navarre of Alma; his children, Paul Johnston of Big Rapids, Michael Navarre (Tami) of Traverse City and Laura Capen (Scott) of Alma; his grandchildren, Brook, Kaleigh Johnston, Gabriel Navarre, Jordan Murray (Seth), Sydney, Bailey McCarthy, Luke, Josh (Breena) and Seth Capen (Aubree Catlin); his great grandchildren, Bryson, Joshua and JoLeena; and his sisters, Sherry Holmes (David), Linda Rysberg (Brian) and Brenda Insalaco (Rick Baker). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
