With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Lewis Peters of Alma, Michigan, born in Gordonville, Missouri, who passed away on October 3, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Peters and Edna Peters (Lewis); and his former wife Betty Levey. He is survived by: his wife Jayne Peters of Alma; his son Lee Peters (Sue) of Simsbury, CT; his grandchildren, Zachary, Allyson and Leah; his great grandchildren, Stella and Cove; his stepsons, Butch Ewing (Cindy) and Thomas Ewing (Anna); and his brother Walter Peters (Linda).
