She is survived by: her husband Otis Guy of Blanchard; her children, Lewis Guy (Cindy), Bonna Rice (Dennis) and Allen Tucker; her siblings-in-law, Harold Guy (Mary) and Carolyn Guy; and her grandchildren, Dawn Burns, Loran Burns, Sherry Burns, Terry Guy, Gina Guy, Dalton Rice, Cameron Burns, Adrianna Burns, Gabriel Burns, Christopher Guy, Roderick Guy, Jonathan Guy, Sophya Guy, Beauregard Guy, Arlene Burns (Mike) and George Crawford (Sharon).
