It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Helen Aagaard (Alma, Michigan), born in Hart, Michigan, who passed away at the age of 98, on May 21, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Pett and Esther Pett (McCormick); and her sisters, Ruth Huyck (Keith), Jean Olson (John), Verna Stockford (Larry) and Phyllis Hall (George).
She is survived by: her children, Sue Aagaard and Richard Aagaard (Ruth); her grandsons, Donny Miller and Rick Aagaard; her great grandchild Vanessa Carroll (Dalton); and her great great grandchild Jayce.
Due to their current global pandemic, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to "All that Flutters," an educational bird habitat and pollinator garden on the campus of Montcalm Community College. Please direct donations to Helen's daughter, Sue Aagaard, the project director.
