It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerard Willis Blanchard of Alma, Michigan, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on May 24, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Blanchard and Emma Blanchard (Pride). He is survived by: his wife Janice K. Haefele; his daughters, Holly Blanchard of Ludington, Laurie Balfanz (Henry) of Shepherd and Marianne Kotecki (Todd) of Ludington; and his sister Nancy Stump (Thomas) of Atlanta. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the church's food pantry.
