He is survived by: his children, Geoff (Barbara) of Traverse City, Suann Hammersmith (James) of Blissfield, Gregg (Vicky) of Boyne City, Gene (Wendy) of Alma and Sharyl Businger (Tim) of Loveland, Colorado.; his grandchildren, Bryan, Meghan, Caitlin, Rebecca, Ryan, Jonathon, Jessica, Cheyenne, Morgan, Carlie, Christopher, Genna, Libby, Melissa and Nathan; and his sister Muriel Crooks.
