He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Buchler and Olga Buchler (Schlak); and his brothers, Robert and Donald. He is survived by: his wife Karen Krueger; his children, Cindy McCormick and John Buchler (Jenny); his grandchildren, Drew, Makenzie, Hannah, Torrian, Hayden, Aaron, Branden, Joann, John and Rebekah; and his brother Ken Buchler (Carleen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Peace Lutheran Church.
