She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Johnson and Ina Johnson (Rockafellow); her husband James "Jim" Cagala; and her sisters, Diane McNeill, Annette Brisendine and Aletha Weiler.

She is survived by: her children, Cindy Brown (Chris) of Tennessee, Kevin Cagala of Indiana, Nannette Hagerman (John) of Carson City and Angela Adams (Kevin) of Alma. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
