He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lawrence, Clara Ryers, Roy and Mary King. He is survived by: his father Thomas Ryers (Norma); his children, Aleigha and Thomas Ryers; the mother of his children Katie Parsons; his mother Cindy Ordiway; his brother Roland "Roly" Fishburn (Ann); his nieces, Lillian and Gaelle; and his stepsiblings, Brian Foesz, Peggy Davis (Shane), Jeannie Smith, Josh Smith (Samantha) and Jeremy Smith (Becky). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with final expenses.
