He was predeceased by: his parents, Santiago Garza and Isabel Garza (Gonzalez) of Brownsville, Texas.; and his siblings, Adan Garza, Guadalupe Garza, Alfredo Garza and Rosa Valenzuela.
He is survived by: his siblings, Genny Diaz (Rafa), Hilda Martinez (Jose), Maggie Sims (Les), Santiago Garza, II (Daisy) and Lil Joe Garza. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
