He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Greening and Erma Greening (Doyle); and his siblings, Robert, Florence and Lois.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his sons, Eric C. Greening (Lynn) and Daniel R. Greening; and his grandchildren, Morgan Greening and Dorian Greening. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Alma College Symphony Orchestra.
