Carol J. Layman Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol J. Layman of Alma, Michigan, born in Montague, Michigan, who passed away on April 24, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Miller and Wilma Miller (Schmidt); and her husband Arthur "Mike" Holmes. She is survived by: her children, Timothy Holmes (Jan) of San Antonio, TX, Robert Holmes (CeeCee) of St. Ignace, Thomas Holmes (Millicent) of Denison, Cathy Holmes (Kerry Hamann) of Orlando, FL and Janet Holmes of Naperville, IL; and her sister Willa Lloyd. She is also survived by five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
