She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Purvis and Thelma Purvis (Saunders); her husband Richard Dean Lance; her children, Richard C. and Kay; and her siblings, Clinton, Rodney, Betty, Mary and Viola.
She is survived by: her sons, Harry (Debra), Tom (Sherrie) and Don (Darlene); her daughter-in-law Ruth; her grandchildren, Richard, Lisa, Rodney, Randy, Steven, Dean, Angie, Scott, Barbara, Don, David and Stephenie; and her siblings, Nancy, Ruthann, Gale, Kathryn and Thomas. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
