He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hoberek and Elaine Hoberek (Goldberg); and his brother John Hoberek. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette; his children, Adam Hoberek Jr (April), Rachel Hoberek (Earl), Brian Hoberek (Hillary), Lyndsay Hoberek (Hayden) and Isaac Singer (Lila); his grandchildren, Alexis of Adam, Grant, Brian Jr., Keegan and Grayson; and his siblings, Bobbie Jo Hoberek (Becky), Kathy Lunt (Phil), Sharon McCarthy, Mark Hoberek, Dottie Hoberek, Samantha Chatfield (Dave) and Bobbie Hunt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the wishes of the family.
