It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Theresa Bannasch (Allenton, Michigan), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on September 23, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Basil Green and Winifred Green (St Amour); her children, Denise Bonner, Stephen Chalabian (Marie), Michael Chalabian, Carolann Woodruff (Jim) and Christopher Chalabian; her grandchildren, Bethany, Sarah, Katie, Phillip, Curt, Jacob, Hannah, Noah, Alex and Mia; her great grandchildren, Lily, Ava, Allie, Addie, Emily, Matthew, Emmy, Illy and Elise; and her former husband Kenneth Bannasch.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church - Allenton (872 Capac Rd, Allenton, MI 48002). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Resurrection Cemetery (18201 Clinton River Rd, Clinton Twp, MI 48038).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Heart-to-Heart Hospice.
