He was predeceased by : his parents, Romeo Blanchette and Eugenie Blanchette (Martin); his wife Marilyn Joyce; and his siblings, Romeo Joseph Blanchette, Jacques Blanchette, Armand Blanchette and Diane Antaya.

He is survived by : his children, Romeo Blanchette (Tori) of Shelby Twp, Michaelle Batory (Michael) of Troy, Martin Blanchette of Florida and Armand Blanchette (Valerie) of Houghton Lake; his grandchildren, Falisadee Torr (Jason) of Clinton Twp, Jimmy Partridge of Rochester Hills, Romeo Blanchette, II of Gainsville, Deneen Ekness (Matthew) of Troy, Colin Partridge of Rochester Hills, Tristan Blanchette (Lauren) of Macomb, Kathleen Schelvan (Kyle) of Orlando, Mandy Burrus (Mike) of Rochester, Abbey Blanchette of Atlanta, Georgia, Brooke Blanchette of Cincinnati, OH. and Lydia Maggi of Royal Oak; his great grandchildren, Kamden Torr, Caleb Torr, Karlisle Ekness, Elliot Blanchette, Aurora Ekness and Rosalie Ekness; and his siblings, Loretta Welna of Burlington, Lee Besse (Edward) of Windsor and Jeannette Ostrogonac (Frank) of Windsor.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 5th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Muir Funeral Home (2650 S Van Dyke Rd, Imlay City, MI 48444). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, July 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Church (872 Capac Rd, Allenton, MI 48002).

In lieu of flowers. Memorial Donations can be made in Albert's name to Alzheimer Research.
