He is survived by: his wife Betty Rose Kokx; his stepchildren, Mitch Iversen (Barbara), Tony Iversen (Kathy) and Christi White (Chuck); his brother-in-law Bud Rose (Dolly); his nephews, Robert Vandenberg and Doug Raymond (Cinda); and his niece Linda Bray (Josiah).
