He was predeceased by: his father Jack Bylsma; his grandfather Larson; and his cousin Hanna Bylsma. He is survived by: his uncle Chevy Suburban; his children, Victory Over Me, Has and Team Scott; his cousin Alyssa; his children, Jacob, Seth and Molly Bylsma; his mother Lynn Bylsma; his siblings, Kristi (Kirt Elliott), Kerri (Jon Allen), Kevin (Megan Bylsma) and Matt (Kendra Bylsma); and also, Scott and Sharon Bylsma. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and close friends.
