He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Koetje and Mary Koetje. He is survived by: his wife Carol Koetje (Wiersma); his children, Michael Koetje, Chris Koetje (Stormi Samuels), Sandra, Kevin Munro, Colleen Koetje, Hunter, Brooke Lastacy, Katie Falstrom, Robin Falstrom and Alicia Falstrom; his brother Glenn (Delynn Koetje); and his in-laws, Billie Koetje, Ronald Hirdes, Robert Windemuller, Marlene Wilterink and Henry Tubergen. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
