He is survived by: his spouse Marcia Jaarsma; his children, Dawn, Rod, Michell Jaarsma, Ron Jaarsma and Alisha Jaarsma; his grandchildren, Justin, Jared, Jayce, Kaylin Koekkoek, Alecia Fryman (Jake), Hunter Jaarsma and Emma Jaarsma; his great grandchild Lukas Fryman; and his sister-in-law Beverly Jaarsma. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
