She was predeceased by: her husband Charles; her mother Pearl Ellen Perkins; and her brother Luke Perkins. She is survived by: her daughter Kelly; her granddaughter Delaney Sall; her stepchildren, Tracy, Jeff Hillard, Bill Stoakes, Jackee, Jody Sullivan, Gwen and John Michalek; and her siblings, Jackee Thompson, Kathy, Butch Hardy, Pete Perkins and Don Perkins. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
