He was predeceased by: his mother Celina Gallegos; and his brother Phillip Jesse Rodriguez. He is survived by: his son Eric Rodriguez (Ericka); his father Cipriano Gallegos; his siblings, Leonard Rodriguez, Mary Baron, Steve Gallegos, Juanita Gallegos and Rosana Garcia; and his grandchildren, Skyler Rodriguez, Kody Rodriguez and Caylea Rodriguez.
