He was predeceased by: his mother Delores "Dee" Kohn. He is survived by: his father Homer Kohn (Rosemary); his sisters, Kimberly Walburg (Loren) and Naomi Nyboer (Mike); his nieces and nephews, Laura Gustafson (Brad), Justin Walburg (Heidi), Jason Walburg, Collin, Shelby, Bryce and Jarred Nyboer; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Addie, Charlotte, Marlowe Gustafson, Ella and Colton Walburg.
In honor of Michael and in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Life Circles of Holland and WVCY America (Milwaukee).
