She was predeceased by: her husband Allen John Carter. She is survived by: her grandchildren, John Carter, Diane Carter, Anieta Carter, James Birden (Carter), Fred Carter and Kim Carter; her brother Sue Finch of Bob Finch; and her sister-in-law Terri Snuffer of Kathy Hartigh. She is also survived by her parents; a sister and a brother.
