She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Saukas and Margaret Saukas; and her sister Frances Van Noord. She is survived by: her husband Dave Higby; her siblings, Theresa Saukas, Dr. Robert (Yuhong Saukas), Joanne Saukas, Pat (Steve Rapolevich), David (Beth Saukas), Jerry (Michelle Saukas) and Tom Saukas; her brother-in-law Donald; and her close friends, Dave and Cheri Feldpausch. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
