She was predeceased by: her husband Fredric Meyer; and her brother-in-law George Visser. She is survived by: her children, Melody, Paul Boersma, Craig, Nancy Meyer and Connie Meyer; her grandchildren, Aaron, Hannah Beth Boersma, Joel Boersma (Megan Sterba), Emily, Patrick Sanders, Jessica, Brett Dykstra, Beth Meyer, Joy Meyer, Abigail, Jason Sissing, Melissa and Andre LaTour; her sisters, Betty (Phillip "Mark" Alderink) and Shirley Visser; and her nephew Tom (Cindy Vander Wal). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
