She is survived by: her spouse David N. Slater; her sons, Steven Slater (Terri) and Mike Slater (Shannon); her granddaughter Leigha Slater of Michaella Slater; her great grandchild Carter Glover; and her siblings, Ronald DeVries (Emily) and Darlene Derr (Ronald).
