She was predeceased by: her father Clarence Slager; and her brother-in-law Calvin Struck. She is survived by: her husband Phillip D. Harter; her children, Jill Renfroe, Mike Renfroe (Lori) and Mark Jones (Deven); her siblings, Raymond Slager (Barb) and Carolyn Struck; and her friend Dorothy Schaaf. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
