He was predeceased by: his parents, Orill Dilsworth and Lucille Dilsworth (Kennett); his daughter Amy; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his wife Karen (Sampson); his daughters, Anne Clemens and Dr. Sue Dilsworth (Angela Tiberio); his brother Keith Dilsworth (Serenity); his sisters-in-law, Judy Dilsworth and Kathleen Simcox (Ray); and his grandchildren, Samuel Clemens, Sean Clemens and Katherine Clemens. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and a nephew.
In Howard's memory, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, the American Diabetes Association, the Humane Society, or a charity of your choice.
