He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jenny; his grandchildren, Pam, Tim VanEck, Erin VanMalsen, Leah Morales, Chelsea VanEck, Dar, Tessa Luciano, Phil, Diane Forner, Josh (Jordan), Samantha, Jordan Blouw, Mike, Patti Buist, Lawrence, Dallas Buist, Jon, Annette Sheaffer, Charlie, Faye Buist, Nicholas, Joe and McKenzie Buist; his great grandchildren, Jetson, Elliot, Gemma, Judah Van Malsen, Santiago, Alexi, Elena Morales, Wyatt, Adilyn, Skyler Buist, Hadassah Lemons-Buist, Joey and Jonas Sheaffer; his parents-in-law, Darla Forner, Jim Rotman (Ann), Nelson, Betsy Hansen, Mel, Joanie Rotman, John, Rosemary Nuland, Eloise Jacobus, Bob, Jan Homan, Dave, Jan Rotman, Cal Rotman, Tim and Marla Rotman; his parents, Charles Forner and Cena Forner; his siblings, Glenn Forner, Dennis Forner and Linda Rotman; and his grandson Jason VanEck. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a long-lasting gift be made to the building fund for Anchorage re: MADE, Cape Coral re: MADE, or Life West Church.
