He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn; and his parents, Albertus Bosch and Julia Bosch. He is survived by: his children, Julie, Dan Plaggemeyer, Sheila, Mike Dykstra, Dave and Pam Bosch; his grandchildren, Evy Plaggemeyer, Matt Plaggemeyer and Josh Plaggemeyer; his children, Annalisa, Rob Johnson, Kelly, Patrick Dishaw, Jonathan Dykstra, Brianna, Andrew Postma, Luke, Sarah Bosch and Grant Bosch; his great grandchildren, Marcie and Charlie; and his brothers, Bob (Rose Bosch), Doug (Judy Bosch) and Dwight Bosch (late Michelle). He is also survived by many loving extended family and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made in Dave's memory to Second Church in Allendale.
