He is survived by: his sons, Bill Gorton (Jeanne) of Grand Rapids, Richard Gorton (Monica) of London, England and Samuel Gorton (Megan) of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Ben (Billie), Samantha, Daniel and Juna; his great grandchild Beatrice; and his sister Carol Gorton of Florida.
