He was predeceased by: his father Albert DuShane; and his brother Chad. He is survived by: his mother Marleana DuShane (Nina); his wife Shannan DuShane; his children, Alexis, Alexander Heeringa, Chase DuShane and Alivia DuShane (Blake); and his grandchildren, Lenore and Sawyer.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family to offset end of life costs.
