It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beth Cook (Allendale, Michigan), who passed away on August 16, 2018, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Ronald Cook; and her cousins, James Seibold and Jamie Hardy. She is survived by: her mother Diane Cook; her brother Jeff Cook (Jenny); her daughter Dakota Cook; and also Brent Cook (Valerie). She is also survived by nieces, nephew, several aunts and many cousins.
