He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Andrejs, Kathleen, James Locmelis (Jessica) and Amanda Locmelis-Jackson (Daniel); his grandchildren, Frank and Lina; his father-in-law Frank Giuliano; his brothers-in-law, Leonard Giuliano and Frank Giuliano (Valerie); his nieces, Tara and Gina; his nephew Joseph; and his great-niece Ava. He is also survived by friends and extended family.
