She is survived by: her husband Joe VanderSchuur; her children, Allison, Brent Miedema, Jesse, Sarah VanderSchuur, Joel VanderSchuur and John Fossitt; her grandchildren, Kilyan Miedema, Gavin VanderSchuur and Jack VanderSchuur; her sister Margaret (Ken Benefiel); her siblings-in-law, Jan, Doug Van Drie, Lori and Les White; and her close friend Shania Pete. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
