He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Bowen, Sr. and Erma Bowen (Mahone); and his wife Pamela Sue Shelly. He is survived by: his children, Susan Zarenski (Justin McKarge), Patricia Johnson (Scott), Heather Woelkers (Eric) and Thomas R. Bowen (Crystal); his siblings, Teresa Thompson and John Looney; his brother-in-law Leo Blevins (late Sonja); his niece Amy Sanchez (Robert); his nephews, Michael Blevins (Lyndi) and Timothy Blevins (Jen); his sister-in-law Roxanne Martensen (Tom); his nephew Brian Martensen (Karen); and his nieces, Bridget Huss (Joe) and Erin House (Cathy Fox). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren.
