He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Jay and Betty Belisle (Walling). He is survived by: his husband Paul McCullough; his siblings, William Belisle, Barbara Svoboda (Thomas) and Lynda Franke (Brian); his nephew Nicholas Svoboda; his niece Elizabeth Kaselnak (Caleb); and his great-nieces, Margot and Eleanor.
