With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Marilyn Schulz (Allen Park, Michigan), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Marilyn left this world on March 15, 2025 at the age of 89, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Dunlap and Josephine Dunlap. She is survived by: her husband Robert Schulz; her brother Russell; her sister-in-law Karen Dunlap; her daughters, Jennifer Roesler (Robert) of Commerce Twp and Judy Champa (Joe) of Shelby Twp; her grandchildren, Andrew Potter, Jessica Champa and Robert Champa; her brother James Dunlap (Anne) of Dearborn; and her siblings-in-law, Donna L. and Grosse Pointe Woods. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and many long-time friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Weise Funeral Home (7210 Park Ave, Allen Park, MI 48101). A rosary will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Rosary Service Weise Funeral Home (7210 Park Ave, Allen Park, MI 48101). The lying in state will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Frances Cabrini Church (9000 Laurence Ave, Allen Park, MI 48101). A Mass will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
