She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Churko and Andrew Churko; and her sister Becky. She is survived by: her daughter Ann Marie Kososki (Mike); her sisters, Mary, Monica and Andrea; her nephew Michael; her niece Rachel; her godchild Joey; and her great-nephew Colton.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Allen Park Chapel (10915 Allen Rd, Allen Park, MI 48101). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
