He is survived by: his father Gerald Klos; his spouse Lauren Klos; his children, Elena and David Klos; his siblings, Deanna Casey (Howard), Dawn Gehrke-Benavides (Juan), Gerald Klos (Christene), Sam Klos (Kristina), James Klos (Julianne), Amanda Manning (Matt), Rosa Piasecki (Alex), Faith Klos and Hope Renaud (Joe); his siblings-in-law, Lee Rodgers (Marissa) and Philip Rodgers; and his parents-in-law, James and Virginia Rodgers. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to Dave's family for Elena and David's college fund.
