He was predeceased by: his parents, Estil Powell and Rebecca Powell; and his brother Charles Powell. He is survived by: his children, Sharon McMahan, Daniel Powell, Melody Maggard (Michael) and Sarah Malnar (Nathan); his grandchildren, Amanda, Heather, Daniel Jr., Victoria, James, Cody, Aurora, Braxton, Genevieve, Ryker, Vivienne, Layla, Selena and Lucy; and his siblings, Timothy Powell and Brenda Gies (Bill).
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Molnar Funeral Homes - Southgate Chapel (14032 Northline Rd, Southgate, MI 48195).
